5. Virtual Tokens, Purchases, and Billing

Nature of Tokens: Tokens are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access premium features on the Platform, such as tipping models, purchasing private shows, or controlling interactive toys. Tokens are NOT real money, hold no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit by users under any circumstances.
No Refunds: All purchases of Tokens are final and non-refundable. Once you have purchased Tokens and they are credited to your account, you cannot cancel the transaction or receive a refund, regardless of whether you have used the Tokens or not. If you experience technical issues during a premium transaction (such as a disconnected private show), you may contact support for a discretionary Token reimbursement, but cash refunds will not be issued.
Chargebacks and Fraud: Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback or dispute a valid Token purchase with your bank or credit card issuer will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account, and your device/IP address will be permanently banned from the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform—including but not limited to video streams, chat transcripts, text, graphics, logos, software, and audio—is the property of Stripchat, its licensors, or the independent broadcasters, and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You are strictly prohibited from downloading, capturing, screen-recording, ripping, reproducing, distributing, or broadcasting any live stream, private show, or model media without the express written permission of both the Platform and the performer. Unauthorized distribution of platform content, commonly known as piracy, will result in account termination and severe legal action under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
7. Broadcaster and Model Relationships
The models and broadcasters appearing on the Platform operate as independent contractors, not employees of Stripchat. The views, actions, and opinions expressed by broadcasters during live streams are entirely their own and do not necessarily reflect the official policies or stance of the Platform.
All broadcasters are required to undergo a separate, stringent verification process and must agree to a specific Broadcaster Agreement before being allowed to stream. The Platform merely provides the technological infrastructure to connect independent creators with a global audience.
8. Disclaimers of Warranties
The Platform and all its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be completely uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, bugs, or malicious code. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content provided by third parties or broadcasters. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
